We Are Modular Experts

In 2008, we delivered a three-storey, 66-student accommodation unit building at the CQ University Mackay campus within six months. Modular was the only choice for producing high-quality architecture quickly in a regional location.

Once we experienced the way modular delivery can support organisations like CQ University that promote equity, dignity, and social progress, we have never looked back. Subsequently, we have completed over 200 modular community projects across Australia. This is our contribution to setting the scene for a sense of belonging.

Our expertise is designing high-quality modular architecture that supports the unique requirements of each community. Our modular vision is a place where all communities can grow their identity.

Why We Do Modular?

We collaborate to create architecture that welcomes all people. Modular helps us to collaborate to create architecture for everyone, wherever and whenever they need it. If they need a community building fast, remote, or on a live site.

Why Clients Do Modular?

Our clients never ask for a modular building; they ask for the building they need. Modular is a method of delivery and not an architectural style. Sometimes it is typical buildings for a standardised rollout. At other times, it is a one-off building.

How We Do Modular?

Our approach is to integrate best practice design with modular construction parameters. Design leads efficiency and creativity when delivering modular buildings.
